If you are interested, there is now a Google Group looking at creating a draft expression of the SDMX model in RDF. This work was started at a meeting hosted by the ONS in the UK between some representatives from the SDMX community and some people from the Linked Data community, as well as users/data producers from the UK government. This meeting was inspired by the "Making Public Data Public" initiative in the UK.
Simon Field (ONS CTO) presented about this at the recent SDMX Expert meeting in Geneva.

http://groups.google.com/group/publishing-statistical-dataThis work is potentially interesting for those involved in "data.gov" initiatives where there is a lot of pressure to publish data as RDF. The idea behind this work is that there could be an RDF expression of the SDMX model, as well as XML and EDI expressions. It is still in early stages, but other meetings are being planned to further explore this approach.
